Process Technician-Injection Molding

As our Process Technician (Production Operator 3) in Cumming, Georgia, your main mission in this self-motivated role will be to possess demonstrated mechanical knowledge and use this knowledge to lead more difficult set-up and troubleshooting objectives on area machines and other related production equipment or manufacturing processes of intermediate technology. Further responsibilities include providing guidance and training, monitoring the performance of the manufacturing area and implementing continuous improvement/waste elimination efforts, maintaining area machines and processes through generation of preventative maintenance work orders and involved in resolving more difficult mechanical problems as they arise.
Injection molding experience is highly desirable in this role, and your experience working with process-controlled molding software will really make your application stand out. This is not an entry level role, so some advance experience with machine set-up and troubleshooting will be required along with your ability to work the afternoon shift (3:48 PM to 11:48 PM. A shift differential is included). Lifting heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs is not a problem for you and you see the big picture of the overall operations while paying attention to the small details.
