Assistant Manager

We are a laser tag and arcade party venue looking for individuals that:
- Are neat in appearance
- Have an outgoing and friendly manner
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Displays sound judgment and critical thinking skills
- Can work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of point of sale, computer operation, and credit card processing
- Exhibits quality leadership
Assistant manager must be able to:
- Manage and delegating tasks to small staff
- Provide information about facility and entertainment options
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations as necessary
- Serve as host to large parties
- Repair damage, address problems with games or laser tag equipment, and report out of service equipment to the appropriate vendors
- Monitor event activities and work stations (laser tag, arcade, party rooms, redemption counter, food prep, and bar)
- Ensure adherence to rules, regulations and safety procedures
- Perform all opening, mid-day or closing preparations such as till setup, maintenance duties, scheduling, cleaning and count downs
- Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures
