Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to organize and oversee the installation of concrete coatings.
You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth installation and the quality of output.
Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader.
Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.

Responsibilities Monitor production to resolve issues Proactively maintain and track inventory Supervise and evaluate performance of installers Help on complex jobs Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions Tracking metrics - track mistakes such as packing errors, callbacks, and successes such as 5 star reviews, quality, timeliness, efficiency of install Quality assurance - pop in on crews throughout the day to make sure they are following the process Manage direct labor and materials costs Skills Great customer service and issue resolution skills Proven experience as a manager or supervisor Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations Knowledge of performance evaluation Experience in reporting on key production metrics Proficient in email and familiarity using phone apps Outstanding communication ability Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Day to Day 25% of your time will be spent on the floors with the crews 25% organizing, tracking KPIs and planning the schedules and communicating with teams 20% developing and maintaining training and systems 10% inventory management 10% maintenance of equipment and vehicles 10% handling customer issues Benefits 6 paid holidays Two weeks of PTO 401-k with company match Bonus pay Installs are scheduled Monday - Thursday and will be your longer days.
This is Monday through Friday job with some occasional Saturdays to serve as make up days for weather.
You will primarily work 5 days a week for roughly 45-50 hours.
A typical week would look like 7am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-2pm on Friday.
