They oversee project engineering, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with company policies.
Proactively researching and implementing innovative automation and processes, the Sr Manufacturing Engineer drives sustainability through cost reduction and productivity enhancements.
This role demands a sharp judgment and adherence to defined procedures for successful execution of diverse engineering tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Executing complex manufacturing engineering tasks with advanced analysis Conducting technical investigations, resolving routine and non-routine issues Prioritizing and addressing all engineering aspects of projects Developing and reviewing test plans, escalating issues as needed Planning, coordinating, and executing engineering assignments for major projects Generating formal project requests and preparing concise reports Communicating technical information and manufacturing recommendations Providing guidance to less experienced manufacturing engineers or technicians What You Will Bring Required Degree:
