Job duties will include warmly greeting and checking in/out patients, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, entering patient information into the EMR system, and general front office duties.

Excellent Communication Skills Computer Skills Strong Work Ethic Detail Oriented Customer Service Skills Team-oriented Ability to multi-task Proficient in Data Entry Respectful Honesty and Integrity Understanding of Insurance Processes / Terminology Preference will be given for previous experience in women's health and/or are bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean.
Previous experience with EMR system, eClinicalWorks (ECW) and/or Ob/Gyn office experience is preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
