Surgical Assistant needed for a Growing Oral Surgery Practice

As a Surgical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support during oral surgeries, ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients.
Some Key
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical rooms and equipment for procedures.
- Assist the oral surgeon during surgeries, anticipating their needs.
- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide post-operative instructions and follow-up care as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols.
- Document medical information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
Qualifications:
-- Certification or degree in surgical assisting or a related field.
- Current CPR and BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.
- Prior experience in oral surgery.
