You clean houses by yourself, and drive your own car but we pay for gas.
Your territory is a 20-mile radius from your home.
$24/hr cleaning
tips and bonuses.
You clean 2 houses a day for 5-7 hours of total cleaning a day, 5 days a week.
You'll make $700
tips and bonuses/week.
Tips and bonuses avg $50-$100 a week, so you will make close to $800 a week.
1 year of Professional Residential House Cleaning experience is required.
Your first week is training on a team at $24/hr cleaning out of our Duluth office.
Report to the Duluth office by 7:
45 AM and you're back at the office between 4:
30 and 5:
00.
After one week of paid training, you start working from home.
Future increases up to $30/hr.
You report to the Duluth office every Monday morning to bring your payments, and get customer keys for the upcoming week.
In your first week we are evaluating your quality and work pace.
If any of those skills are not where they need to be your team training may need to continue team training for another week.
If your quality and pace are still below what we normally see in someone with at least 1 year of experience of cleaning houses professionally you cannot continue in this position.
