We are looking for a full-time Parts and Sales Administrator in our Cumming, GA office.
The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, enjoys interacting with both coworkers and customers, and has analytical and organization skills.
This position involves speaking with customers over the phone and in person, as well as working with other company departments.
General duties and qualifications are listed below:
Duties:
Answer calls from and communicate with customers in a timely, professional manner Respond to parts order requests and fill parts orders from customers, in-house departments, and technicians Check and verify parts stock availability, manage in-house parts inventory, enter parts orders, and confirm parts information based on in-house database and equipment information sheets Receive and ship parts orders, as well as check parts shipments against original orders and invoices for correct quantities, condition, and customer information General
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Basic computer skills needed to utilize the company operating system Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time, as well as lift and transport up to 80 pounds Ability to work with loud noise and exposure to outdoor weather conditions Job Type:
