Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for general accounting duties, including daily cash reconciliation, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliation.
This position will also be responsible for processing invoices and reconciliations for sales and service.
This position will also be responsible for daily data entry, filing, and record keeping for all accounting transactions.
The Accounting Clerk will also be responsible for processing monthly payrolls.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or related field Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online software Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; must be able to adapt to change; be flexible and willing to learn new skills Job Type:
