You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and ensure staff and patient satisfaction.
As a medical office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations.
Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems, preferably women's health.
Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our medical office.
Responsibilities Order office supplies Develop and implement office policies and procedures Supervision & training of front office staff Staff scheduling Liaise with providers and management team to identify potential office dysfunctions Arrange maintenance services as necessary Discuss financial components of treatment with patients Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards Skills HIPAA / OSHA Compliant Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task Communication skills Excellent customer service skills Understanding of insurance benefits & insurance verification processes Problem solving Leadership Proficient computer skills Salary negotiable based on experience Job Type:
