SERVPRO of North Atlanta located in Cumming, GA, is seeking a talented and motivated Employment Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively sourcing potential candidates- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitionRequirements:
-Bilingual/Spanish (Preferred)- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in a similar industry- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit effectively- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and attracting candidates- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
