The General Manager will function as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to ownership.

Responsibilities:
Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized Inspire your staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
Qualifications:
