A World Class Event Facility World Class Event Facility, located in north Atlanta Suburbs, is looking for an experienced individual to spearhead our Sales and Management efforts for the growth and development of the property.
Our facility includes indoor capacity for approximately 450 people with a beautiful outdoor space for memorable events that can fit 300 people.
This person will work under top leadership and will leverage existing relationships and build new ones with the community and corporate clients to promote sales and marketing efforts.
This individual will also need to have deep domain expertise in banquet facility management/operations and working knowledge of digital marketing by market segments to reach our target demographic.
Responsibilities Plan and spearhead execution of Sales and Marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital campaigns to grow sales Focus on driving Bookings as well as assist in Branding Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully securing sales relationships Represent the property at various events and exhibitions Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnership and understanding Customer needs Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Lead interactions with both internal and external partners to ensure successful sales, planning and execution of events Lead day to day activities to manage events, identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Key contact for all customer event inquiries and requests about the space Consulting with clients about every detail of an event to ensure that the operations team has all the information needed to execute a successful event Lead operations team to create an atmosphere of best possible service for all guests Manage effective staffing plan and forecast future capacity needs Lead, maintain and manage effective and efficient relationship with Vendors, Caterers, Event Coordinators and Staffing suppliers Ensure facility runs its best, ensure all aspects are maintained and managed effectively Ensure customer satisfaction and that events run smoothly, efficiently and profitably Requirements - Proven ability to drive sales, operations management and execution in hosting exceptional events that create memorable moments Deep knowledge of the local hospitality industry and vendors/suppliers Proven ability in driving sales and business growth via variety of sales/marketing channels Domain expertise in running event facility operations including contract workforce management Strong business sense and restaurants/hospitality industry expertise Large event catering supplier management experience Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Spanish language comprehension a plus, but not required Proficient user of MS Office, Website Functionality Management and social media platforms Job Type:
