We are looking for a full-time Service Coordinator in our Cumming, GA office.
We are seeking someone who is great on the phone, who has excellent analytical skills, and who is a serious multi-tasker.
Project scheduling and customer service experience are HUGE pluses.
If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you'll thrive in this work environment.
Our ideal candidate is one who is proactive, is experienced, truly enjoys providing superior service, and has great organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound customer service requests Maintain technician schedules Work with other Service Coordinators to route technicians based on existing schedules Review customer database to ensure information is correct and up to date Generate required daily and weekly status reports Perform other job related responsibilities and functions as directed by Service Manager General
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills Microsoft Office Positive attitude Problem solving skills Basic computer skills needed to utilize the company operating system Must be very detail oriented Must be able to multitask Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
